Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Have all original tags and packaging intact

Be supported by an unboxing video, showing the package from unopened condition to defect details, in one continuous take with no edits or pauses
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you notice any issues.
How to Start a Return

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the processing and post the refund to your account.
