HOW TO USE IT :

- As lip prep: Apply for 10 minutes, then remove with a washcloth before lipstick or liners.

- As a high-shine lip finisher: Apply on bare lips or over lip liner for a glossy, never-sticky sheen.

Makeup tip:

-When lips are chapped or flaky, leave on for 10 minutes, then wipe off for a smooth, plump-looking canvas primed for lipstick or lip liner.
