Narrow Foot (20.5cm) - All measurements fit comfortably and true to size. / Regular size recommended.
Standard Foot (21.5cm) - The overall width and length fit comfortably but the instep was a bit tight. / 5mm size up is recommended.
Wide Foot (22.5cm) - Both length and width fit comfortably but the instep was tight. / 5mm size up is recommended.
